Discord & Microsoft Excel Macro integrations

I got a tough question: the input value from discord comment, file excel macro xlsm does the math-that give an answer from the input before, then bot in discord will response that answer to the user. I have used Zapier or something similar to do that workflow but only the normal excel file, not the macro one. So is there any tool or web that can help me do this task? Thank for reading
